Arvin Scott is the Co-founder and CEO of PowerStop LLC. PowerStop LLC founded in 2005 and is the leading online brand for brake upgrade kits. Prior to co-founding PowerStop LLC, Arvin served as CEO of Universal Automotive Industries from 1995 to 2004.

C. James Jensen served as a director of the Company since March 2012 and of Aspen University since May 2011. He is an active member of the World Presidents' Organization, a life director of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and is Vice Chairman of American Global Health Group.
